At AmericanDrip.com and AD Brands LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, to protect the integrity of our business and prevent abuse, we have established a strict 30-day return policy. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below:

Eligibility for Returns:

  1. Return Period: All return requests must be initiated within 30 calendar days of the delivery date, as verified by the carrier’s tracking information.
  2. Condition of Items:
    • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and show no signs of wear.
    • Items must include all original labeling and packaging.
    • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A valid order confirmation or receipt is required for all returns.
  4. Return Authorization Required: The reason for the return must be approved with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns must be initiated with an RMA request sent to customerservice@americandrip.com, including the original invoice, buyer account information, and reason for the return.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

  • Final sale or clearance items.
  • Personalized, custom, or made-to-order items.
  • Gift cards or promotional products.

Return Process:
